Before we set out to viewing with you, we will discuss your exact requirements and if needed give you all the necessary information about different areas in London and the rest of the UK, in terms of local amenities and transport links to help you to choose something more suitable for you personally.
Finding that ideal buy
You can employ our assistance and expertise to purchase your ideal property in any part of the UK.
We will search the market, short list best offers and accompany you to view suitable properties of your interest.
We may also be able to recommend you properties from our various contacts for the purpose of investment, development or leisure.

Renting a Property:
Classic Service £600.00
After pre-selecting a wide choice of different properties using well know to us letting agents we will arrange all viewings to take place during one day.
We will escort you to every property you choose to view using our own vehicle. If after one day you feel that you need to see more properties, we will gladly arrange it for you for an additional fee of £300.00 per day. When you find the right place, we will negotiate the deal on your behalf, make a reservation and arrange for all the necessary paper work to be done as quickly as possible.

After pre-selecting properties you want to view, we will see it ourselves first.
We will carry out our inspection of the actual property, take photographs, check the location and the surrounding areas.
All the information will be presented to you before you spend a second looking around yourself.
We will be happy to accompany you to view the properties you choose to see based on the information provided.
When you find the right property and the deal is done we will provide a list of local amenities in your area, including shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and doctors. Also, you can request to find a shop or a local restaurant of your choice and we will add it to the list for your information. We can also recommend schools, cleaning services and nannies if required.
Moving
We can assist you with removal services and storages to enable you to move easy. Our knowledge of local storage companies can help to store your items safely for as long as you wish.
